Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a dental practice that collects $1M or more a year.
  • Your accountant files every spring but has never sat down with you to plan before December 31st.
  • Your books get done on a Sunday night, or by your office manager between insurance claims.
  • Taxes are the biggest bill your practice pays, bigger than payroll, and nobody is in charge of lowering them.
  • You heard a tax talk at a dental meeting years ago and still haven't had the time to act on it.
  • You want one flat fee that covers your books, payroll, returns and tax planning, with the work done for you.

This Is Not For:

  • Dentists who work in someone else's practice and don't own one.
  • Practices that collect under $1M a year.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year and nothing more.
  • Anyone after aggressive schemes. Every move we make is written into the tax code and backed by your books.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Jay's office handles the money side of your practice, from your last return to every filing after it.

We Start With Your Last Return

You send your last return. Jay goes through it line by line, then sits down with you to learn the story behind the numbers: how the practice is set up, your salary and what's next.

We Close Your Books Monthly

We take over your bookkeeping and close the books every month, and Jay shows you how to read the monthly report. If anything looks unusual, someone from Jay's office calls you.

We Run Your Payroll

Your staff payroll runs through us, and some dentists have us pay their bills too, so that whole side of the practice comes off your desk for good.

We Put The Savings In Place

Using the tax part of Jay's RICH Dentist System, we find every place you pay more than the law requires and make the changes before December 31st, legally and on paper.

We Review Your Numbers Quarterly

Each quarter you meet with Jay to check the numbers against the plan, and you get his cell number for anything that can't wait, like an offer to buy your practice.

We File Your Returns

Once the year closes, we prepare and file your business and personal returns. Returns from the last 3 years can still be amended, so money you overpaid before can sometimes come back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why hasn't my accountant ever brought this up?+
Most accountants work on a dental practice once a year, after the year is over, and they're paid to report it accurately. By then it's too late, because nearly every savings move had to be in place by December 31st. Most also serve a little of everything, so they don't see enough practices to know what a dental practice usually misses.
Will a lower tax bill put me on the IRS's radar?+
A smaller bill isn't what draws attention. A return that doesn't hang together does, like books that don't match the deposits or deductions nobody can back up. Every strategy we use is written into the tax code, your books are closed every month so the records are there from day one, and Jay is an Enrolled Agent if a question ever comes.
I'm chairside all day. How much of my time does this take?+
Very little. We do the books, payroll, returns and every tax move ourselves. What's left for you is a quarterly meeting with Jay, a monthly report he shows you how to read, and a yes or no when he brings you a decision.
Do I have to replace my current accountant?+
The flat fee includes your books, payroll and returns, so we take over the filing from your current accountant. That way one office sees the whole picture all year, instead of someone looking at it once in the spring.
How much does it cost?+
It's one flat fee that covers tax planning, your returns, bookkeeping and payroll. The fee isn't published, so Jay quotes it up front on the call, and he builds it so your savings come out bigger than the fee.
Is it too late to save on this year's taxes?+
Not if you start before December 31st. Nearly every move that shrinks this year's bill has to be in place by then, and anything after that lands on next year's return. Returns from the last 3 years can also still be amended.
Do you only work with dentists?+
Yes. Jay works only with dentists, so he knows how PPO write-offs, equipment purchases and your own salary fit together. The office is in Tamarac, Florida, and works with practices in states across the country.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Jay asks about the practice first: what it collects, how it's set up, the salary you draw and your plans for the year. Then you go through your last return together, and he shows you where it looks like you paid more than you had to and which move he'd start with.
One Last Step

Want To See How Much Of This Year's Tax Bill Your Practice Can Keep?

On the strategy call, Jay asks about your practice and goes through your last return with you. You'll leave knowing where you've been overpaying and which move he'd make first before December 31st.
